• Book cover design and illustration tools
• KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) packaging and metadata
• Publishing guidance and resources

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of all content you generate using our Service, including manuscripts, book covers, audiobooks, and metadata. We claim no ownership rights to your User-Generated Content.

4.2 License to Operate: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

4.3 AI Training: We do NOT use your content to train our AI models. Your manuscripts remain private and confidential.

4.4 Platform IP: The Service, including all software, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Kingdom Logics and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans: We offer Free Trial, Professional, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Details of each plan are available at kingdomlogics.com/pricing.

5.2 Payment: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

5.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to subsequent billing cycles only.

5.5 Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support@kingdomlogics.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Create content promoting hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or harm to others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Attempt to breach security or access systems without permission

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

7.1 Amazon KDP Requirements: Amazon requires disclosure when books contain AI-generated content. You are responsible for making this disclosure when publishing.

7.2 Content Responsibility: While we use advanced AI and editing systems, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee theological accuracy, though we make best efforts.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGDOM LOGICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Logics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

10.1 Your Right to Terminate: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion with or without notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. You have 30 days to download your content before permanent deletion.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
